Program description. SentriForce operates a text message program that sends operational and security alerts about SentriForce surveillance equipment and monitored sites. Messages are sent to SentriForce staff and contractors who are enrolled to receive operational alerts, and to SentriForce customers who have opted in to receive service and security notifications about their own sites. Message content includes equipment and site status alerts, service and appointment notifications, and responses to requests you send us. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from SentriForce by checking the text message consent box on a form on this website, by giving your mobile number and consent verbally or in writing to a SentriForce representative during service setup, or, for SentriForce staff and contractors, by enrolling your work mobile number for operational alerts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Alert messages are sent only when a qualifying event occurs at a monitored site or on monitored equipment, so you may receive no messages for long periods and several messages in a short period during an incident. Customers can typically expect fewer than 10 messages per month under normal conditions.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. SentriForce does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you send one of these keywords we will send a single confirmation message and will send you no further messages, unless you opt in again. If you opt out you may still receive messages that are required for your service by other means, such as email or a phone call.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact SentriForce at 888-671-2202 or through our Contact page. Replying HELP will return our contact information and a reminder of how to opt out.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed.

Supported carriers. Messages are supported on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

Privacy. Mobile phone numbers collected for this program are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
