CONSTRUCTION THIEVES ATTEMPTED TO EVADE ARREST
In this video, construction thieves were caught red handed and attempted to evade arrest.
Thankfully, the criminals were captured and all the stolen goods were returned.
Incident Description:
On April 27, 2021 at 7:32pm SentriForce Monitoring Center was alerted of unauthorized activity on a client’s construction site. Surveillance personnel observed an individual opening the gate of the construction site during monitored hours. The individual entered into a white van and proceeded to enter the construction site to the back of the property. Audible alarms were enabled and police were dispatched to the site.
The trespassers ignored the audible alarms and remained on the construction property.
Shortly after, the trespassers began to make their leave. Unfortunately for them, local law enforcement officers arrived at the construction site just outside of camera view.
In an attempt to evade suspicion, a suspect exits the vehicle to lock up the gate.
After the gate was poorly secured, the white van sped away and law enforcement gave chase.
The suspects were arrested with stolen construction material inside their vehicle.
