On 8/26/20 at 6:21 PM, Central station live monitoring center observed a vehicle trespassing onto construction property during monitored hours.
Audible alarms were enabled, but the flatbed tow truck remained on the property.
As Central station was dispatching local law enforcement and notifying the superintendent of the construction project of the unauthorized activity, another individual was observed operating heavy machinery and loading construction materials onto the flatbed of the tow truck.
While the criminal activity was taking place, a SentriForce professional dispatcher was simultaneously delivering information of theft in progress to law enforcement in real time.
Law enforcement immediately moved the report to a higher level of importance and placed units en-route, as the SentriForce dispatcher was able to provide the activity with great detail and clarity quickly.
The vehicle exited the construction site and drove out of camera view.
Not long after, the police made contact with suspects and escorted them back onto the property to return the materials.
