The vehicle in question is seen hitting the gate while attempting to enter.
The vehicle’s license plate came off and got stuck on the gate.
Moments later, a maintenance employee is seen retrieving the license plate and walking towards the leasing office.
The driver of the black sedan exited their vehicle and went to confront the maintenance employee.
The driver of the black sedan is seen grappling the maintenance employee and forcefully removing the license plate from them.
The driver gets back in their vehicle and continues into the apartment property.
